Building Management Systems
Centralised monitoring and control for wineries, breweries, hospitality and industrial facilities. One platform. Total visibility.
A well-managed building anticipates problems before they impact performance.
- a note from the founder
- what it is
Every system. One point of control.
For wineries, that means tracking fermentation temperatures, cellar climate and cold rooms from one screen. For hotels, managing guest comfort, common-area lighting and energy use across the whole property. For industrial sites, knowing when equipment is running, when it isn’t, and why.
We design and install BMS solutions that give you real-time data, automated responses and remote access. You know what’s happening in your building, even when you’re not in it.
- what we engineer
Built around how your facility operates.
Centralised Monitoring
HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, ventilation and electrical systems, all visible on one dashboard with real-time status and performance data.
Alarm and Fault Notification
Instant alerts when something falls outside its set parameters. Temperature spikes, equipment faults, power interruptions. You know about it before it becomes a problem.
Energy Monitoring and Optimisation
Track energy consumption across your entire facility. Identify waste, manage peak demand, and reduce operating costs with intelligent scheduling and load control.
Automated Responses
Set rules for how the building responds to changing conditions. Climate adjusts based on occupancy. Ventilation ramps up when air quality drops. Lighting schedules follow operating hours. The building manages itself within the boundaries you set.
Remote Access
Monitor and control your facility from anywhere. Check system status, adjust setpoints, acknowledge alarms and review historical data from your phone, tablet or laptop.
Custom Dashboards and Reporting
Visual dashboards tailored to your facility showing live data, trends and historical performance. Weekly and monthly reporting that gives you a clear picture of how your building is performing.
- the standard
Engineered for facilities that cannot afford downtime.
Wineries and Production Facilities
Fermentation monitoring, cellar climate control, cold room management and energy tracking. Designed for facilities where temperature accuracy and process reliability are critical.
Breweries and Distilleries
Brewing process monitoring, glycol systems, cold storage and ventilation. Centralised control across production, packaging and storage areas.
Hotels and Hospitality
Guest room climate management, common area lighting, pool and plant room monitoring, and energy reporting. Systems that keep the guest experience consistent while reducing operating costs.
Industrial and Manufacturing
Equipment scheduling, power monitoring, ventilation control and alarm management across workshops, warehouses and production floors. Reliable infrastructure for facilities that run around the clock.
Large Commercial Properties
Office buildings, retail centres and multi-tenancy sites. Coordinated HVAC, lighting and energy management across shared and individual spaces.
- why BMS
A building that reports to you.
Michael has worked in the Electrical industry across the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors for years. From winery maintenance, mining, oil and gas and commercial fit-outs to detailed residential installations. That breadth of experience built a deep understanding of how electrical systems actually work in the real world, not just on paper.
That knowledge is now applied to one thing: KNX automation. Bringing together the many facets of electrical engineering into a single, intelligent system. It is the natural progression of years spent solving complex problems across diverse industries, now focused on the technology shaping how homes and buildings operate.
- this is how we do it
Four stages. Engineered
from start to finish.
Conversation
We meet with you, your architect, your builder. We listen for what the home is meant to feel like, not just the features it should have. If it is a good fit, we move forward.
Specification
Cable schedules, switch positions, panel layouts and a bus topology, all drawn up so every trade is working from the same plan. You receive a fixed-scope document the builder can price and build to.
Installation
Cabling and rough-in coordinated with the builder. Switchboards built, labelled and installed. The same person who designed the system is the one wiring it in.
Commissioning
Every device named, every scene tuned, every switch tested. We walk you through the system, hand over full documentation, and make sure the home already knows how to run before we leave.
